Annalise Fiedler

I am an insurance professional and agency leader with more than a decade of experience in client service, risk management, and agency operations.

Currently, I serve as Agency Manager at GreatFlorida Insurance, where I oversee agency operations, support clients in finding the right insurance solutions, and lead efforts to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Having previously worked as Associate Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to grow within the organization while strengthening my leadership and client relationship skills.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Insurance Agent at Allstate, where I developed expertise in advising clients on coverage options and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. I also gained valuable operational experience as a contractor with the U.S. Army Contracting Command in Hawaii.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Florida State College and an Associate degree from University of Hawaii–West Oahu.

I’m passionate about helping clients navigate insurance decisions, building strong relationships, and leading teams that deliver reliable, high-quality service.
