Her Story
About Annalise
Annalise LoBiondo works at Glassnote Records, a small indie label located on the Upper East Side of New York. She was first brought on as a marketing coordinator and has worked her way up to a marketing role where she manages overall aspects of artist releases. This includes sitting with artists six months out from a release to discuss themes in the music, planning social media campaigns, out-of-home activations, and touring strategies. She speaks directly with artists and attends their shows. Annalise has been working professionally in the music industry for three years. She earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 2022 after discovering a music industry minor that shifted her focus from a theater background. She then completed a master's degree in music business at NYU from 2022 to 2024. Her theater training has proven valuable for the person-to-person networking central to the industry.
