The best advice that I have received is just keep going. Every day, you're becoming an expert at your field, and you don't know it. There's always something new to learn, and you have to keep going, and you can't stay stuck in the wave of what used to be. You have to move forward with technology, move forward with people, and build relationships.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice that I would give to them is know be knowledgeable. Take the time to invest in your knowledge for yourself. Know your stuff. Be an expert in your field that way people aren't just looking at a pretty face, or a woman. They're looking at a professional. They're looking at someone who knows what they're doing to protect their assets that they have. And I would just say to keep going. Just keep going. It is the best field in my opinion, for a woman.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge for me in my work are things that I can't control. It would be things, the drivers. It's just, you know, they get into accidents, they get into, they get their speeding tickets, and, you know, things are out of my control. The company itself they it's really hard because companies rate drivers on credit. Right now, it's really hard. Everyone's using every source they can to to put food on the table and pay their bills, and if that means using credit cards, then that's what they're doing, and then it's it's hurting their their rates.
