Additionally, earning my master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in my field.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: keep going, and never doubt yourself. You are capable of achieving more than you realize, and with persistence and confidence, you can accomplish your goals. We all have the potential to succeed—believe in yourself and keep pushing forward.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my work and personal life center around service and community. I am deeply passionate about helping others, which is reflected in my volunteer work with churches and schools. Supporting and uplifting those around me is at the heart of everything I do.
