Her Interview
Ten minutes with Annastasia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having the passion to always want to help someone, whether it's my kids, my community, vets, or even a stranger on the street. Being a military brat showed me so much that others didn't have, and I just wanted to be a help in some type of way. It's organic for me, sharing this servant's heart.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The advice I stuck with is to always remain positive, and everything happens for a reason. Knowing that your next journey is happening for a reason, it's for something better, not to stay in the same spot but to advance.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep your morals and values, stay positive, and remember there's nothing you can't do as long as you work hard for it. It doesn't come without hard work. Manifestation comes with action.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Character is most important. Nobody has to be the same person or have the same mindset, but your character shows who you are. Especially now that I'm getting older and about to hit 40, I want to see those same values in my work environment: stability, positive environment, especially working from home.
