AnnaStazia Baker

Annastazia is a multidisciplinary professional with experience spanning higher education administration, legal services, education, and social work. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to the VP of Learning at Northwest Arkansas Community College, where she leads process improvement, budget management, project coordination, and college-wide initiatives. Her previous experience includes client services and paralegal work, teaching and curriculum development, and hands-on social work supporting individuals experiencing housing instability and crisis. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas and brings strong expertise in project management, client support, employee training, research, and community-focused service.
