About Anne
Deeply curious and passionate about continuous learning, I am an engineer by training with a lifelong drive to understand how things work. My diverse career has included research and development, six years in risk management and commodity trading, eight years selling fine wines, and, most recently, roles as a translator and AI trainer. Originally from France, I moved to the US to pursue a Master’s in Energy Resources with a minor in Geopolitics and now hold both French and American citizenship. I approach every new challenge with humility and dedication, always seeking to learn, grow, and help others. Above all, I have a genuine love for solo travel and exploring the world on my own, a passion that fills me with vibrant energy and inspiration.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, perseverance, courage, and dedication. I was fortunate to have parents who set an incredible example by embodying these values throughout their careers. I believe that when you follow your own path with courage and perseverance, and commit to consistent hard work, success will come. You may not know exactly when or how, but it often finds its way to you in the end.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to pursue your own path with courage, perseverance, and dedication. Consistent hard work and a commitment to your goals may not always yield immediate results, but over time, they open doors to meaningful opportunities and growth. Staying true to yourself and embracing challenges along the way makes the journey both rewarding and fulfilling.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to women in any industry is to follow your own path, regardless of external expectations. Pursue what truly inspires you and resonates with your soul. Choosing authenticity and staying true to yourself will lead to lasting happiness and fulfillment.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The pace of change in the field, and in the world in general, is truly unprecedented, making flexibility and adaptability more important than ever. While this rapid evolution presents challenges, it also creates a dynamic environment filled with unexpected and exciting opportunities for those who are open to growth and new experiences.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Gratitude, humility, kindness, empathy, respect, honesty, authenticity, appreciation, hard work, courage, perseverance, dedication, adaptability, flexibility, integrity, reliability, compassion, optimism, open-mindedness, generosity, patience, and curiosity. It is quite a list, and mastering all of them is a lifelong mission in itself!
