I've been in my field for well over 30 years in one capacity or another. I started my own business, LCS Business Solutions, about a year and a half ago. At the moment, I have several clients that I'm working with. I provide cloud-based accounting software, bookkeeping, as well as management reporting, so that's more analysis of where the business is and where it can be. I'm also working on a project helping small to medium-sized businesses that have been impacted negatively by tariffs, trying to find them some value there too. My typical day starts very early, maybe 6 in the morning, and I'm reading the business news and trying to look at different aspects in the economy that might be impactful. Then I'm just working with clients through their books and getting them set up, and developing new strategies and new products. It's very varied and very engaging, and I'm really fortunate to be at this point in my career where I can do this. Every client has a different set of asks, if you will, but I enjoy that complexity. I also like working with people too.
