About Anne
Anne Juelich is a women's health educator, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Girls Gone Strong Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, and author of the upcoming book Hey Girl, Your Metabolism Isn't Broken. She is passionate about helping women understand the science behind metabolism, muscle, nutrition, hormones, and healthy aging so they can make confident, informed decisions about their health. Anne believes that when women understand why their bodies work the way they do, lasting change becomes much more achievable.
Having experienced her own health and fitness transformation, Anne understands how confusing nutrition and health information can be. Her goal is to help women separate evidence from misinformation and make confident decisions based on science rather than trends.
Before transitioning into health education, Anne built a successful 15-year career in accounting and business operations, where she developed the analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that now shape her evidence-based approach to coaching and education. Her background taught her to value accuracy, critical thinking, and lifelong learning—qualities she now brings to her work in nutrition and women's health.
Originally from Minnesota and now based in Fort Myers, Florida, Anne is dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge through ongoing study of nutrition, exercise physiology, metabolism, and healthy aging. Her mission is to bridge the gap between scientific research and everyday life, making evidence-based health information understandable, approachable, and actionable so women can build strength, improve their health, and confidently navigate every stage of aging.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to consistency more than talent. By staying committed and taking small, consistent steps every day, I have built my career, earned multiple certifications, written my first book, and achieved meaningful personal goals.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to never stop learning and never be afraid to ask questions. Every expert starts as a beginner, and I believe curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential for continuous growth and long-term success.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to ask questions, stay curious, and keep learning. Never be afraid to admit what you don’t know—people respect a willingness to learn, and curiosity is a sign of confidence, not weakness.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is the spread of misinformation about nutrition, metabolism, and women’s health. My goal is to help women distinguish evidence-based information from myths so they can make informed decisions that support their long-term health.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, curiosity, dependability, and lifelong learning are the values that guide my work and personal life. I strive to lead with integrity, keep learning, and be someone others can trust and rely on.
