Beyond her professional life, she enjoys hiking, walking in parks, working out, and traveling. Committed to giving back, Anne supports charities such as Toys for Tots through her local Marine Corps chapter. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to maintaining genuine enthusiasm for each day and the work I do. Staying healthy through regular exercise has always been a priority for me, and I’ve found that it has a significant impact on mindset and energy. I also place a strong emphasis on hard work, setting clear goals, and staying resilient in the face of challenges. When setbacks occur, I focus on adapting my approach rather than dwelling on the obstacle. This combination of positivity, adaptability, and perseverance has been central to achieving my goals and sustaining long-term success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to focus on building strong, genuine relationships. In sales—and particularly in the home warranty sector—success comes from connecting with people in a meaningful way. Take the time to meet clients in person, have conversations, and truly get to know them. That old saying still holds: people buy from those they know, like, and trust. Investing in these authentic connections is the foundation for long-term success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are building and maintaining strong relationships, prioritizing health and wellness, and approaching everything with hard work and persistence. I also place a high value on giving back to the community, including my longstanding support for organizations like Toys for Tots. These principles shape the way I engage with others, approach challenges, and contribute to causes that matter.
