What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You can have a successful career in a field you love and still make a difference and she is heavily involved in various volunteer and charity work, including serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity, Clark and Floyd, and participating in organizations such as Family Scholar House, Dare to Care, and St. Mark's Soup Kitchen. Gardner also mentioned their company's quarterly service projects.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the marketing and business industry is to pursue a career that excites you while staying committed to making a positive impact in your community. I’ve learned that it’s possible to build a professional path you love, take on challenging and meaningful work, and still give back through volunteerism, mentorship, or leadership roles in local organizations. Embrace opportunities to grow, take initiative, and lead with both creativity and integrity your career can be rewarding, and your influence can extend far beyond the workplace.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Having been in the marketing field for over five years, I see both exciting opportunities and challenges ahead. The rapid evolution of digital marketing, from social media trends to data-driven strategies, requires staying adaptable and continuously learning. At the same time, there’s a tremendous opportunity to leverage new technologies and creative approaches to build stronger brands, engage clients more meaningfully, and drive measurable growth. I’m looking forward to the next five years, embracing these challenges while continuing to grow as a marketing professional and make a positive impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are hard work, integrity, and making a meaningful difference. I take pride in dedicating myself fully to every project and striving to create a positive impact in my organization and community, which was reflected in being honored on the 2026 News & Tribune 20 Under 40 list. Outside of work, I value balance and personal growth, enjoying activities like tennis, which I played in college, as well as snowboarding and skiing, all of which keep me energized and focused.
