About Anne
Anne Principe has worked in the software training industry since 1984. She began her career after graduating with a computer science degree in marketing, interning at IBM where she first encountered Lotus 1-2-3. She went on to earn a Master's in Business Administration tailored to Expert Systems AI. Over the years, she has trained professionals at companies including Swiss Bank, where she received Employee of the Year honors for going beyond her role to help colleagues master software tools. She has also served as an adjunct professor teaching computer science with a Wall Street focus and later founded her own consulting business, emphasizing the mechanics behind Microsoft products like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to empower users to work independently.
