What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God and my children. My faith keeps me grounded through every challenge, and my children are my constant motivation to keep pushing forward. They remind me daily why perseverance, integrity, and hard work matter.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received is to take breaks for myself. Stepping back isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s what allows me to return stronger, clearer, and more effective every time.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don’t let your environment intimidate you. You don’t have to change who you are to fit in—your natural strengths are your advantage. Lean into your nurturing and caring instincts; they build stronger relationships, drive better teamwork, and often lead to the best results. Confidence doesn’t mean being the loudest in the room—it means knowing your value and standing firm in it.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Right now, the biggest challenge in the logistics and sales industry is the economy. Market fluctuations and shifting customer demands create constant pressure to adapt quickly. However, I firmly believe that where there’s challenge, there’s also opportunity. In this industry, there is always an opportunity—whether it’s finding new efficiencies, building stronger customer relationships, or positioning yourself as a trusted problem-solver when others are hesitant to act.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My core values are rooted in faith, humility, and integrity. I rely on God as my foundation, and I strive to stay humble no matter how far I go. Integrity guides every decision I make—whether I’m working with customers, leading a team, or raising my family. To me, success means doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
