01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to my dad, who was a strong role model in staying calm, listening carefully, and never overreacting. His ability to hear people out and approach situations with patience inspired me to become more like him.

The best career advice I’ve received is that most challenges can be resolved when you’re willing to speak up and ask for help. I’ve learned that there’s no need to be afraid to seek support when you need it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Payroll is a very fulfilling and important field because you are responsible for people’s pay. My advice to young women entering the industry is to be confident in communicating, asking questions, and explaining things clearly. I was very shy growing up, but I learned to speak up and connect comfortably with employees.
