Her Story
About Annie
Annie Landry owns a wellness business focused on helping women over [AGE] manage chronic illness and injury, including her own experience with endometriosis. She began dancing at [AGE] and pursued graduate studies while building a corporate career before sustaining dance-related injuries that required hip surgeries. These experiences prompted her to teach dance, pursue fitness certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and transition into wellness coaching that combines dance, fitness, nutrition, and behavior change. She holds a master's degree in dispute resolution from SMU in Dallas and a master's degree in human resource development from George Washington University in DC. Her approach emphasizes virtual coaching, corrective exercise, and tailored programs delivered through an app, with options for group and individual support. Outside her business, Annie volunteers with a dog rescue and serves as an endoeducator to promote endometriosis awareness in schools and universities.
