Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the journey of building my business and overcoming the challenges along the way. Starting my own venture and navigating it through the uncertainties of COVID allowed me to prove, not only to others but also to myself, that I am capable of achieving my goals. Every day, I continue to push forward, grow, and make things happen.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay committed to providing essential social services to the community. Focusing on meaningful work that impacts others has guided my decisions and shaped my professional journey.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

To young women entering this industry, I would say: never give up. It’s important to have a solid business plan, be prepared to adapt that plan as circumstances change, but never waver from your ultimate goal. This field requires determination, the ability to navigate complex regulations, and a commitment to balancing professional responsibilities with family-oriented values. Think of your workplace as your second home—invest in it, nurture it, and let it shape your growth.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is managing a business effectively. Balancing operational demands, regulatory compliance, and client needs requires strategic planning and adaptability, but it also provides the chance to innovate, grow, and make a meaningful impact every day.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are love, care, and compassion. My approach is influenced by the way I would care for my late mother, who passed away from cancer—treating others with the same dedication, respect, and empathy that I would give to someone I deeply love.
