Annika Adams

She is an employee development, program management, and people operations professional with experience in training, labor relations, academic support, student development, and workplace mediation. She currently works as a Senior Employee Development Specialist at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, where she has also held acting program management roles. Previously, she worked with Adtalem Global Education, Changing Destinations, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She holds master’s degrees in Management and Project Management and is certified in workplace mediation and SHRM-SCP.
