About Annika
Annika Mantius is a Vice President of Business Development at TWI Reconstruction in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she focuses on expanding client relationships and supporting exterior restoration projects for commercial and multi-unit properties. In her current role, she works closely with property managers, community association managers, and industry partners to drive collaboration, support project planning, and strengthen long-term property resilience through reconstruction and restoration services.
She has over seven years of experience in business development within law firms specializing in construction defects, where she led marketing and client development efforts across litigation-focused practices. Prior to transitioning into the construction industry full-time, she built her career in legal business development and marketing, developing a strong foundation in construction-related legal services, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. She has been in the construction field with her current company for over a year, now working with a private general contractor focused on exterior restoration in the St. Petersburg area.
Annika originally attended the University of Central Florida, where she studied Communication Sciences and Disorders with the initial goal of becoming a speech pathologist. Her career path ultimately shifted into legal marketing and business development, where she discovered her strength in relationship-building, communication, and connecting professionals across the construction and legal industries.
