Marketing Manager
The Bainbridge Companies
Atlanta, GA 30308

Annika Navac is a data-driven marketing professional specializing in multifamily housing and real estate marketing strategy. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she currently serves as Marketing Manager at The Bainbridge Companies, where she oversees marketing performance across a portfolio of residential communities in the United States. Her work blends analytical rigor with creative execution, focusing on optimizing marketing spend, strengthening brand presence, and supporting on-site leasing and property operations through targeted, results-oriented campaigns.

Her career began on the operational side of property management, where she spent several years working in leasing and new development roles. This hands-on experience in residential communities gave her a strong foundation in customer behavior, on-the-ground operations, and resident experience—insights she later carried into her marketing career. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University and the Michael J. Coles College of Business, she transitioned into marketing roles, progressing from marketing associate to senior strategic marketing positions across leading real estate organizations before stepping into her current leadership role.

Annika’s professional approach is defined by curiosity, adaptability, and a balance between analytical and creative thinking. With a global background and multicultural perspective, she brings strong empathy and communication skills to her work, along with expertise in consumer behavior, data analysis, and digital marketing tools. She is particularly focused on aligning strategy with execution—bridging the gap between performance metrics and meaningful brand storytelling—while maintaining a collaborative, people-first mindset in both professional and team environments.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to curiosity and collaboration. I am driven by a desire to continuously learn what is possible and to explore new ideas, and I find that working with others allows me to achieve more meaningful and impactful results.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to have more grace for myself—to acknowledge mistakes without dwelling on them and instead focus on how to address and learn from them. I’ve also been deeply shaped by mentorship from women leaders, whose guidance and perspective have been instrumental in my growth.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to embrace your softness as a strength. Bring the human perspective into your work and pair it with data-driven thinking. Recognizing the people behind the numbers is not a weakness—it is a powerful advantage, especially in a male-dominated field where that balance can set you apart.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The industry, particularly in fields like construction, remains male-dominated, which can present ongoing challenges around representation and inclusion, as well as communication and collaboration across diverse teams. At the same time, rapid advances in technology and AI are creating significant opportunities for innovation and growth. In this evolving landscape, adaptability has become more valuable than rigid long-term planning, as success increasingly depends on the ability to learn, adjust, and evolve with change.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are curiosity, collaboration, empathy, and grace. I strive to stay curious and open to learning, work effectively with others toward shared goals, lead with empathy and a human-centered perspective, and extend grace to myself and those around me as we navigate challenges and growth.
