She is a talent management, human resources, and education leadership professional with extensive experience in recruiting, certification compliance, people and culture strategy, and executive HR leadership. She currently serves as Talent Management Director for Marion County Public Schools. Her background includes senior people leadership roles with University of Washington - People and Culture and WOT Educational Services, along with more than 18 years with Polk County School Board in HR recruiting, certification, coordination, and teaching.
