02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell her to know that this is very dangerous. People want to sit here and talk about how it's all about the money. Yes, we get paid, but they don't tell you the downfall. You're gonna be away from your family. You're gonna be by yourself, relationship-wise. It's gonna be hard on a relationship, unless you marry somebody that does this and you work together and travel together. It's also hard being a female. Some men can't handle a woman being around a bunch of men. Your man has to be a strong man, as you're a strong woman, to be in this industry, working hard like a man and making your money. He has to understand that and respect you, but you also should respect him and come out here just to work and make your paycheck. As a female working in a man's industry, if you come to work just to come to work and you do your job, that's how it is. You're gonna have people say things, but if you're working to a man's level because you're getting paid just like another man, you just need to work like a man. Don't come out here looking for relationships. This is not a dating site. Leave your feelings and your drama at the road, come to work, let's do a job, let's be safe, and let's carry on to the next one.
