02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is to remember that I am not there to make friends but to protect children. This reminds me to stay focused on my responsibilities, prioritize children’s safety, and remain committed to their well-being.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I encourage young women to challenge themselves by choosing difficult tasks and stepping outside their comfort zones. Choose mentors wisely, learn how to study effectively within your profession, and develop the ability to read, analyze, and solve problems the way experienced professionals do. Embrace challenges as opportunities to grow and strengthen your expertise.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field is stabilizing the profession by strengthening professionals’ knowledge, skills, and competencies to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and high standards across the industry.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My spiritual purpose is to bring order to chaos while remaining grounded and composed, even in challenging situations. I value integrity, accountability, and being impeccable with my word. I also believe in prioritizing my own well-being and filling my cup first so that what overflows can be shared with others. By maintaining inner balance, I can serve others without losing myself in their struggles.
