I would advise young women entering this industry to be thorough and strategic: review all client information carefully, provide complimentary consultations, and follow up with clear estimates. Always use contracts, collect payment upfront, and never undercharge—know and stand by your worth.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is clients expecting ongoing bookkeeping work without providing timely payment.
