Antonia Humes is a 24-year-old founder of an LLC in the AI and technology industry, based in San Diego, California. She began her work in this field on November 16th of last year and is focused on AI adoption to make people feel safer at home. As a Master's student in Applied Psychology with an undergraduate degree in psychology, she draws on her educational background to conduct research and inform her projects. Humes started her business to provide younger individuals with opportunities to demonstrate their experience, as entry-level positions have become less accessible. She values being accessible to people from all walks of life, remaining humble, and giving back to the community, and she plans to partner with nonprofits to support these efforts. Her notable achievements include building a diverse team to create solutions that improve people's lives.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You don't have to work with great people to do great things. Because I wanted to start my own business so that I can give people who are younger a fair shot at demonstrating their experience, because entry-level positions are just not as accessible as they used to be. And making sure that I can give everyone an equal chance.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just follow your passion, and have no expectations of the outcome, just take everything day by day.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being accessible to people from all walks of life, remaining humble, and wanting to give back as best as I can. Those are the values that center both my business and me personally.
