What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the journey that shaped me—starting my freelance writing career in 2021, taking time off to raise my son, and finding a renewed sense of purpose during that period. It inspired me to use my scientific expertise to make a broader impact and help others through knowledge and clear communication. Since then, I’ve built a portfolio of published work, edited scientific manuscripts, and contributed to successful grant proposals across multiple departments.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are health, balance, and purpose. I prioritize time for the gym, weightlifting, reading, and practicing self-compassion, and I enjoy gaming as a creative outlet. At the core of everything I do is a clear goal: to use science communication to educate, inspire, and make a meaningful, lasting impact.
