Anubha Nagawat

Anubha N serves as a security architect at a tech company, where her primary focus is on product security. Since beginning her professional career in 2016 following her master's degree in 2014 with a specialization in cybersecurity, she has dedicated her efforts to evaluating the security posture of products under development. Her responsibilities include identifying vulnerabilities, reviewing architectures, suggesting remediation strategies, conducting threat models, and working with various teams and stakeholders to address risks. She also educates engineers and leadership on security matters and leverages tools, including AI, to scale assessments and automate processes. Outside her professional role, Anubha volunteers with food distribution for the homeless and supports Vipassana meditation practices. She enjoys hiking and is an avid reader, and she is currently authoring a book on cybersecurity while maintaining a private blog.
