About Anuksha
Anuksha Gulati brings six years of experience in the biotech industry to her role in operations strategy consulting, where she has worked for three years at a Fortune 500 company. She began her career with a bachelor's degree in biotech engineering and an initial focus on oncology research before pursuing a master's in business and science to better understand commercialization and unmet needs in healthcare. In her current position, Gulati engages with clinical, process development, and business development teams to gather assumptions, assess business impact, and prepare insights for operations leaders on investments that enable patient therapies. She is a member of the Healthcare Women's Biotech Association, also known as HPA, and has collaborated with Women in Bio. Gulati hosts Bollywood Community Dance, organizing monthly donation-based classes by the beach with proceeds supporting women's health initiatives. She attributes her success to feedback from parents and professional networks and values personal growth, agility, collaboration, and passion grounded in a clear sense of purpose.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to all of the people that I've met who have provided me feedback and advice, starting with my parents who pushed me to achieve things, and being able to reach out to people through cold and warm introductions who reciprocate warmth and help me grow in my career and make an impact.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice is the constant growth of opportunities and yourself. What brought you here won't take you to the next step, so invest time in growth and career development, mapping out progression holistically every quarter.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Knowing your why is so important. Understanding what your why is helps fuel everything else, create a path based on passions, connect to the right people, ask the right questions, and reach the right path.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Personal growth with a growth-oriented mindset, being agile and flexible, collaborative, and being passionate about what you do while understanding your why.
