I am the Vice President of Supply Chain at DEOLEO USA, INC., where I have served since July 2025. Previously, I spent over eight years at Deoleo S.A., serving as Director of Supply Chain, where I set up the complete supply chain network in India and led India's supply chain projects covering budgeting, planning, warehousing, transportation, vendor management, new product development, international trade, and statutory and legal compliance, building short- and long-term SCM strategy focused on customer service across general trade, modern trade, and CSD channels, strengthening the supplier base for sustainability, optimizing operational costs, and maximizing efficiencies across the value chain, while defining and measuring KPIs, driving SAP systemization, leading planning and budgeting, and building and developing the SCM team, and as Supply Chain Manager India, responsible for network design, warehouse and system setup, process definition, vendor selection and negotiation, third-party manufacturing, end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory management, and import and clearance management. Earlier, I was Senior Manager of Logistics at Sealed Air Corporation in Mumbai, leading a team of six and responsible for distribution, warehousing, and transportation, where I achieved $160K in freight savings through route optimization and renegotiation, reduced inventory loss by $31K, reduced warehousing costs by $125K against budget, improved inventory accuracy, and defined SOPs and operational manuals for warehouses. I was also Chief Manager of Planning and Logistics at Piramal Healthcare Ltd (Abbott Healthcare), where I contributed to bringing forecast accuracy from 35% to 72%, developed inventory control processes, and was recognized for a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project on transportation, and Manager of Supply Chain Planning at Baxter India Pvt Ltd, where I started CFA MIS and KPI monitoring systems, delivered network optimization projects with annualized savings, designed replenishment and distribution systems, and received an award for managing a crisis situation and making stock available. Throughout my career in supply chain, logistics, and operations leadership, I have developed deep expertise in planning, procurement, warehousing, and team development.
