Her Interview

Ten minutes with Anusha

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to consistency, the willingness to learn, staying accountable, adapting to challenges, and learning from both successes and mistakes. I always take accountability for my work which helps me learn more and think in multiple ways through discussions with others.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice is to maintain discipline and punctuality no matter how much you grow. Respect what you do, show up even on boring days, and never take your work for granted. This will yield good results and take you places.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Keep using your brain and continue learning instead of relying on AI for one-click solutions. Technology advancements like AI are making people dependent and not think for themselves. Maintain the ability to do things yourself so you are not vulnerable if AI disappears.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I do not separate personal and professional life. Kindness is important in both. Create a healthy work environment without fear of managers so people can share and help each other grow together. A peaceful mind leads to more ideas and less stress.
