01What do you attribute your success to?

Resilience and grit. It's not just hard work because a lot of people work hard. It's a combination of resilience and grit, and not being afraid to knock on the doors. Once the door opens, not being afraid to speak. Even if it doesn't go your way, being okay with taking the feedback and bouncing back.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Find mentors that don't look like you.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

See yourself. Find your champion and connect with them. And be your best self.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI is both a challenge and an opportunity for everyone in tech, especially figuring out what the future looks like and what we can create with AI, particularly as women. The future of work is also both an opportunity and a challenge.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
