Her Interview

Ten minutes with Apeksha

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from my parents, especially my mother's resilience in fighting for my education despite her own limited schooling, and my father's support in ensuring all siblings excelled. Their emphasis on education, integrity, and contributing to society instilled lifelong values of continuous learning and meaningful impact.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Remain curious, stay humble, and always lead with integrity. Listen thoughtfully before responding, continue learning, and focus on creating meaningful value rather than seeking recognition.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in your abilities and promote yourself without self-doubt or playing victim. Stay curious, open, and non-judgmental. Always put your best foot forward in the moment. Listen deeply, process what you hear, and respond thoughtfully rather than reacting immediately.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Many capable women feel lost and struggle to define clear goals or build supportive habits, leading to uncertainty. The opportunity lies in providing coaching, direction, and hand-holding to help resilient professionals navigate change, build systems for goal achievement, and thrive amid technological disruption like AI.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Ethics, integrity, honesty to oneself, self-love, humility, gratitude, curiosity, lifelong learning, and service to others.
