April Brandon is a real estate professional and Broker Associate with LPT Realty based in Greeley, Colorado. She began her real estate career in 2021 and brings experience working with a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, downsizers, and buyers seeking acreage properties throughout Northern Colorado. Her passion for real estate was influenced by her father, who built houses, and by her longstanding interest in homes and the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
In addition to real estate, April has built a successful career as a massage therapist and has operated her own practice for 27 years. Her background in wellness, healing, and deep research into the human body has shaped her people-centered approach to business. Before entering real estate, she also spent 12 years as a traveling DJ across Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado, demonstrating her adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit. Her varied professional experiences have allowed her to develop strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals.
April attributes her success to perseverance, independence, and staying true to herself. Growing up in a small town taught her to push beyond limitations, while becoming a single mother strengthened her determination to build a successful life for herself and her son. She encourages young women entering the industry to remain authentic rather than trying to fit a particular mold, emphasizing that genuine human connections can be the foundation of a successful business. Outside of work, April enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and spending time in nature.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the drive I developed growing up in a small town, especially when others told me what I couldn’t do. Later, becoming a single mom gave me an even stronger purpose—to provide the best life I could for my son while being present for the moments that mattered, including every soccer game.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay true to yourself. Not everyone will connect with you, and that’s okay. Don’t feel pressured to fit a certain mold or conform to expectations. Be authentic, take your own approach, and focus on building genuine human connections. I wish I had embraced who I was sooner, because when I did, I discovered that being myself allowed me to connect with more people and build stronger relationships than I ever imagined.
