April Mur is a confidence coach and clinical hypnotherapist with 10 years of experience. She founded April Mur Hypnotherapy after taking an online course in hypnosis that led her to pursue formal training at the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy. Her work focuses on interpersonal hypnotherapy, helping women move from anxiety, stress, and low confidence toward greater self-belief by clearing subconscious patterns. She particularly supports moms navigating identity shifts when children are young or leaving for college. 01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women to heal their childhood trauma because 95% of everything we do is dictated by our subconscious mind. Hypnosis feels like a guided meditation and clears the subconscious without needing to revisit trauma. The subconscious mind will never bring up anything that re-traumatizes you.
