I am an operations manager in the fulfillment warehouse industry. My main focus is developing high-performing teams to meet KPI metrics and improve efficiency while maintaining excellent customer and employee experiences. I have a bachelor's degree in business from around 2010 and a Lean Six Sigma green belt, which helps me streamline processes by eliminating unnecessary steps. I also enjoy writing adult fiction as a self-published author in my free time with my best friend.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Lots of hard work, lots of feeling uncomfortable, being the one to raise my hand when no one else wanted to take on a challenge. Just digging in, getting into the process. Lots of sleepless nights.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't wait until you feel 100% ready to pursue opportunities. Some of my biggest growth moments have come from just stepping into challenges that stretched my capabilities. Trust your instincts, trust your experience, advocate for yourself, and know that your perspective means something.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't listen to your self-doubt. When stuck on bigger opportunities, fake it till you make it. You don't need to know everything, you just need to know that you can learn it, adapt, and lead through those challenges.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Managing the needs of the people in an ever-evolving world, making sure individual needs are met at the same time as business needs, and finding ways to interlope those to make everyone happy.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and consistency.
