One piece of advice that I would give young women entering the field, or just navigating the field, would be to cultivate discernment. The reason being is that there are going to be a lot of people who tell you what you should do. There's going to be times when you're confused, and you're not sure which route to take. But cultivating discernment and using your intuition to guide you will put you in a better place than anybody else can put you. You know what's best for you, and I would encourage young women to always use their gut, always use their intuition, and cultivate discernment when navigating their career and life.
