About Arati
I've always been in the data analytics field. I started with analytics and marketing, and then I joined Walmart. I've been in Walmart for 11 years. Most of the primary responsibilities in the last decade in Walmart has been in fraud governance-related aspect where we use data and intelligence to identify those fraud schemes or regulatory violations and make sure that Walmart is a safe place to work and to shop.

01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
With all things AI, fraud schemes are going to get more and more convoluted, so how do we protect people against that?
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Making sure that we are protecting people from these scams, and it's at the end of the day, it's the higher purpose of making sure people are safe, there is fairness in the world, making this world a better place to live in.
