Archana Gupta is a dedicated yoga and wellness instructor who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through mindful movement. Based in Potomac, Maryland, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500 Yoga Psychology and RYT 200) with nearly a decade of experience teaching Vinyasa Flow, children's yoga, chair yoga, and community wellness classes. As founder of Yoga Fusion & Wellness, she offers private online instruction, leads classes at libraries and community centers, and brings accessible wellness programs to nursing homes, emphasizing the transformative benefits of yoga for cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm.

Before transitioning into the wellness field, Gupta built a successful career in business analysis and consulting, working with organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton, XCelerate Solutions, and Quantum Information Systems. Throughout her consulting career, she partnered with federal agencies such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of State, Children's National Hospital, and AARP, leading requirements analysis, business process improvement, systems implementation, and project management initiatives. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Maryland and developed a strong reputation for analytical thinking, collaboration, and delivering effective technology solutions.

Gupta combines her technical expertise with a deep commitment to service, authenticity, and lifelong learning. She is a member of the Yoga Alliance and serves as secretary of UPAKAR, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to Indian American students from financially challenged families. She attributes her success to sharing a unique approach that highlights yoga's ability to strengthen the body while fostering mindfulness and emotional resilience. Guided by the values of honesty, presence, and compassion, Gupta is dedicated to empowering others to lead healthier, more balanced lives through accessible wellness education and meaningful community engagement.

I attribute my success to bringing something different to the table. I focus on what yoga does for the body. I want yoga to bring a calmness to my clients.
