Arda Sade

Arda Sade serves as Senior Property Accountant for a large property management company based in Houston, Texas. With five years in the field, she began her tenure as an AP payment processor and progressed through the ranks to junior accountant before earning her current senior position, which she has held for one year. In this role, Arda manages daily operations for 18 student housing properties located across various states, handling payment processing, preparing monthly financial reports, and participating in meetings with ownership groups and team members. She maintains a remote work arrangement while contributing to internal software development initiatives aimed at improving efficiency in finance and accounting processes. Arda earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University. She is actively pursuing her CPA license.
