About Aretha
Aretha Beavers is an entrepreneur and service provider with extensive experience in healthcare, caregiving, and client-centered support. She is the Owner of Happy Feets & Caring Hearts LLC, where she offers mobile notary services designed for convenience, professionalism, and accessibility. Through her business, she travels directly to clients—meeting them at homes, workplaces, hospitals, and other locations—to ensure important documents are completed accurately and efficiently.
In her mobile notary practice, Aretha charges based on travel distance and the specific documents being notarized, offering flexible and transparent service tailored to client needs. She continues to grow her practice and has successfully completed her third appointment, noting that each experience has strengthened her confidence and efficiency. Her recent work includes notarizing a bill of sale for a boat along with additional legal documents, reflecting her expanding range of service experience and attention to detail.
Aretha has also integrated modern technology into her workflow to better serve her clients. She actively uses AI tools and digital resources to support her decision-making when handling unfamiliar or complex documentation, helping her navigate processes with greater accuracy and confidence. She credits her recent college coursework with teaching her how to effectively use these tools, which have now become an essential part of her professional practice. Combined with her background in healthcare and caregiving, this tech-enabled approach allows her to provide reliable, informed, and efficient service in every appointment.
