Our firm also delivers fractional consulting solutions, providing experienced leadership talent aligned to each organization’s structure, growth stage, and strategic direction.

Before launching Asset Talent Partners, I co-founded Hill Country Search Advisors, LLC, building a trusted recruiting practice serving growth-stage companies across Central Texas. Earlier roles at LHH, FLDI, and Cross & Company gave me a strong foundation in real estate, recruiting, and finance.

Alongside my recruiting career, I’ve operated Interior Devotion since 2010, delivering residential interior design projects that combine thoughtful aesthetics with practical functionality.
