Her Story

About Ariana

Ariana Corrente is a social media marketing and content creation professional with approximately four years of experience across the professional athletes and fashion industries. After beginning her studies at the University of Mississippi, she transferred to Sacred Heart University, where she pursued a degree in Strategic Communication, Public Relations, Media, and Advertising with a minor in Sports Broadcasting and Media. Her early career included work as a social media coordinator within the professional athletes space, along with an internship at Verifyt, where she contributed to app-focused social media initiatives before shifting her attention toward graphic design for apparel and merchandise. Building on this foundation, Ariana went on to launch her own venture, Bloom Marketing Agency (Coming Soon), through which she now supports smaller businesses, including coffee shops and other local companies, with tailored content creation and social media strategy. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she has taken on ambassador roles with brands such as Drink Prime and Verifyt, promoting products through events, social platforms, and direct community engagement. She has also been recognized for her contributions to the field, having been selected for a feature with Influential Women representing Connecticut for 2026. Beyond her marketing career, Ariana serves as lead director and coach within a cheerleading program at The Gymnastics Cheerleading Academy of CT, a role she has held for several years alongside her professional pursuits. She credits much of her drive and discipline to her mother, a hardworking single parent whose example shaped her approach to both work and life. Guided by values of hard work, open-mindedness, and positivity, Ariana continues to grow her career while encouraging other young women in the industry to pursue their passions with confidence and resilience.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Ariana

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my mother, a hardworking single parent who raised me and instilled in me the strong work ethic I carry today.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I've received is not to take criticism too personally. Instead, I try to use it as motivation to improve and to think more creatively.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this field to always pursue what they truly love doing. Don't get discouraged — keep your head up, stay open to opportunities, and trust that things will fall into place as they're meant to.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

This industry is highly saturated and competitive, and the rise of AI presents a real challenge. That said, I see it as an opportunity too, because AI will never be able to replicate the authenticity of real, human-created content.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Being hardworking, open-minded, and positive are the values I hold most important, both professionally and personally.
