Arianna Fake
Arianna is a devoted wife, proud mother to a spirited toddler, and a woman who finds deep joy in the simple, meaningful rhythms of everyday life. Her journey has taken her through many seasons—including time as a military spouse, where she learned resilience, adaptability, and the true meaning of home no matter where life leads.
Recently, Arianna fulfilled a lifelong dream by relocating from Houston to the quiet beauty of Joliet. There, she is lovingly nurturing her grandmother and great-grandmother’s farm—a place rich with family history, tradition, and heart. For Arianna, this isn’t just a move; it’s a return to her roots and a chance to build a legacy grounded in love, land, and connection.
When she’s not caring for her family or coordinating events, Arianna embraces a slower pace of life. She finds peace in her garden, joy in trying new recipes in the kitchen, and comfort in getting lost in a good book. A natural creative, she also expresses her perspective through photography, capturing the beauty in both everyday moments and life’s most meaningful milestones.
Arianna has always had a soft spot for animals and is known as a habitual rescuer—opening her home and heart whenever she can to those in need. Her compassion extends into every part of her life, shaping the way she cares for her family, her community, and the world around her.
At her core, Arianna is someone who believes in building a life full of intention—one rooted in love, creativity, and connection. Whether she’s raising her child, tending the land, or capturing moments through her lens, she does so with warmth, grace, and a deep appreciation for the life she’s creating.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to never turning down a challenge. Without facing challenges head on, I wouldn't be in the industry I am.
I did not have a background in or deep drive for events or venue management, until I was given the opportunity. I needed a job and an opportunity landed at my feet to create a Christmas Festival from the ground up, in my hometown. From there, more and more opportunities came to become more well versed in event planning and venue management, I just couldn't think of doing anything else anymore.
I also attribute my success, so far, to great leadership and mentors. Without managers/supervisors who believe in my ability far more than I could ever believe in myself, there's no way I could be who I am and where I am today.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received was to never stop learning. Even if you are at the top of your career, the end of your career, etc there is always something to learn. There's always ways to grow and be better.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You can do anything you want to do. As a young woman, it is so easy to feel "less than" other professionals.
I have almost always been the youngest person in any office I have worked in. Being looked down on, talked around, etc was normal to me, still is sometimes, and it all circles around being a young woman, under 30, in a professional/managerial space.
But here's the thing, I am supposed to be where I am, I am qualified, and I am good at what I do. The same applies to you.
Never let being a young female professional keep you from being confident in your own abilities.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in the industry is that it is ever changing. Trends, demographics, practices, etc all change constantly, but that is also what makes this field so fun. Events are rarely the same from one to the next. They always offer new challenges, new ideas, and keep you on your toes if nothing else.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are family, work life balance, friendship, and happiness. When I am happy and healthy at work, I am happy and healthy at home. When I can be my best in both places, I feel like I can take on the world. Being in a career that fulfills me daily allows me to also be a better wife and mother. I couldn't be more grateful for the life this career is providing.
