Her Interview

Ten minutes with Arianna

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to having great teams and great mentors at MSU Federal Credit Union, and showing up on time, giving it your all, and saying yes to opportunities.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Take on challenges and get comfortable being uncomfortable. No one is an expert before they try. Raise your hand, say yes to opportunities, put yourself out there to find yourself in different rooms and learn along the way.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Nonprofits need more support due to funding cuts, dropping volunteers, and post-pandemic structural changes. Challenge is connecting organizations to right resources and avoiding duplication of efforts across groups doing similar work.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, integrity, and generosity. Leading with honesty and integrity and best intentions allows you to achieve your goals.
