She is a dynamic sales, business development, and operations leader with a diverse background spanning SaaS, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Sales Manager for North America at TOPdesk, where she leads sales strategy and business development. Prior to this role, she served as Business Development Team Lead and Business Development Manager at TOPdesk, where she increased leads through strategic partnerships and spearheaded community impact initiatives including partnerships with Non-Profit Imapct Summit and Heart of Florida United Way. Her career includes over six years at Walt Disney World in progressively senior roles, including Guest Experience Manager at Rivera Resort, Merchandise Operations Coordinator, and Opening Team Member for Pandora – World of Avatar. She also serves as Director of Recruitment on the Board of Directors for ATHENA Orlando Women’s Leadership, Inc., and is a thought leadership speaker on topics including cybersecurity, cultural intelligence, and AI in nonprofits. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership – Project Management from the University of Denver with a 4.0 GPA and a Bachelor of Arts in Editing, Writing, and Media from Florida State University.
