About Arianne
Arianne Ortiz is the founder and owner of The Art of Healing, Earth’s Farmacy, an integrative wellness company based in Monroe, North Carolina. With approximately 25 years of experience in healing and energy medicine, Arianne has developed a holistic approach that considers the emotional, physical, mental, and energetic dimensions of well-being. Her professional background includes work with holistic veterinary practices, where she spent years observing the relationship between animals, their environments, and their owners’ energy. Arianne holds a master’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from Maharishi International University and has pursued training and certifications in Reiki, EFT, TFT, somatic work, intuitive healing, and mental health first aid. As an Ayurvedic specialist, Reiki Master, and integrative wellness practitioner, she creates personalized wellness plans and educational programs designed to help individuals better understand their mind-body connection. Her work combines Ayurvedic principles, energy practices, and trauma-aware mental health support to encourage sustainable and individualized approaches to wellness. Through The Art of Healing, Earth’s Farmacy, Arianne is committed to helping people reconnect with themselves, develop greater self-awareness, and cultivate balance in their lives. She emphasizes authenticity, self-love, compassion, and the importance of prioritizing personal well-being while caring for others. Beyond one-on-one wellness support, she has expanded her reach through retreats, workshops, and community-building initiatives that inspire people to embrace their own healing journeys. 01What do you attribute your success to?
Being a spirit having a human experience. Success has come from life experiences, learning to love myself in ways I hadn't before. Going on my healing journey and having the awareness to show up authentically with compassion and love.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Always show up authentically
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't listen to other people's judgments on what you're doing. Lean into social media but realize there's a story behind every picture. Having other people's perspective is important but take it as an option, not who I am. Don't compare yourself to anyone.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Launching podcast next month, hosting retreats in Los Angeles, leading retreat and workshop, expanding reach, sharing art of healing, supporting others on personal journeys.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Self-love, showing up as authentic self, being fully present for family and clients. Infusing high-vibrational energy, offering support, grounding practices like connecting with nature, talking to trees, meditating, deep focus on self-care.
