Ariel Lenoir

I am a personal and professional development leader with a strong background in mental health, organizational psychology, and community growth, currently serving as CEO of Infinite Growth Collective, a self-employed role I have held since January 2025, where I help people, businesses, and communities grow with intention through mentorship, training, consulting, speaking engagements, and development programs designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, strategies, and support needed to navigate life transitions, strengthen leadership skills, build successful businesses, and create meaningful impact.

Prior to this role, I spent over six years at Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources in progressively responsible roles, including Clinician for over two years, where I provided mental health counseling and grief counseling, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Supervisor for nearly three years, where I developed supervisory and time management skills, Access Specialist for six months, where I focused on community outreach and crisis intervention, and Community Support Specialist for over a year, where I provided community linkage and motivational interviewing.

I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Walden University, expected to complete in December 2028, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from William Carey University.

Across my career in mental health, organizational development, and personal growth, my work has been driven by a belief that growth is not a destination but a continuous process of learning, evolving, and becoming. Whether I am providing clinical mental health support, consulting with organizations, or developing leadership programs, I bring a compassionate, strategic, and intentional approach that empowers individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
