About Ariella
I've been in marketing and brand partnerships for 11 years now. My current expertise is really in influencer and celebrity as well as brand partnerships, from strategic campaign ideation through production, contract negotiations, platform distribution on social or other channels, and reporting. I started at Chobani which was my first job and was inspired by the marketing team there. My mom worked at Colgate in the finance department for the marketing team which first inspired me. I work in the beverage industry now.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find something that you are passionate about and be curious about how that comes to life. I loved music and film and spirits. I work in the beverage industry now and having that kind of guiding light makes work feel like fun and something I can do when it's all around you and incorporates the things that you love.
