About Arielle
Arielle Bartlett is a Technical Program Manager specializing in enterprise systems, digital transformation, AI initiatives, and large-scale technology programs. With more than 14 years of experience in the technology industry, she began her career as an intern at Lockheed Martin and progressed into software leadership roles, eventually becoming a Technical Lead responsible for complex application portfolios and security-critical systems. Throughout her career, Arielle has focused on solving complex problems, building effective processes, and helping organizations successfully deliver transformative technology solutions.
Arielle currently serves as a Technical Program Manager at Red Hat, where she leads major enterprise transformation initiatives, including ERP migration and modernization efforts. She has experience managing cloud migrations, enterprise security platforms, application modernization, and cross-functional technology programs. Known for turning ambiguous challenges into clear execution strategies, she brings expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, IT strategy, project management, change management, and technical leadership.
Beyond her corporate work, Arielle is the founder of Ascent, a community created to support women in technology navigating chronic health challenges through mentorship, career development, and technical education. She is passionate about advocacy, lifelong learning, and using technology—including AI—to create tools that improve access to resources and support. Through her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to empowering others, Arielle continues to make an impact in the technology industry while building communities that help people thrive.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my mother, my role model and biggest supporter. Her strength, achievements, and impact in her community have inspired me to keep growing and pursuing my goals.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I am my own strongest advocate. No matter how much support or encouragement I have from others, I am ultimately responsible for speaking up for myself, pursuing my goals, and making my voice heard.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to remember that you are your own strongest advocate. Believe in your abilities, speak up for yourself, and never be afraid to pursue opportunities and make your voice heard.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are the ability to ask for help and building a strong support network. I believe that seeking guidance, learning from others, and surrounding myself with people who encourage growth are essential both personally and professionally.
