Arielle Newby

She is a dedicated higher education administrator, consultant, and equity advocate with over a decade of experience in student affairs, restorative practices, and academic support, currently serving as Founder and President of EmpowerED Pathways Consulting Inc., where she provides strategic consulting on education, career pathways, and community leadership. Prior to this role, she served as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at William & Mary Law School, where she led student services and academic support, and as Acting Associate Dean for Student Affairs & Academic Support. Her career includes roles as Assistant Director for Student Services and Assistant Director for Community Values & Restorative Practices at William & Mary, as well as Administrative Assistant to the Provost and Staff Liaison to the Board of Visitors. She is recognized as a compassionate, justice-driven, and transformative leader who is deeply committed to empowering individuals and organizations through authentic leadership, strategic vision, and a commitment to equity and liberation.
