A proud graduate of Universidad Ana G. Méndez (UAGM) in Puerto Rico, Arisleidy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources. Her academic achievements strengthened her expertise in organizational strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development.
In addition to her corporate success, Arisleidy spent ten years as a Faculty Member at UAGM, where she mentored students and shared her passion for business management, human resources, and strategic planning. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being a people person. I’ve always believed that strong relationships are at the heart of effective leadership. Taking the time to truly understand, motivate, and support others has helped me build teams that not only perform well but grow together.

The best advice I ever received was to surround yourself with good people. No one achieves success alone, and I’ve learned that the right team—people who are positive, driven, and supportive—can make all the difference in your career and your mindset. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To young women entering the industry, I always say: challenge yourself to be the best person you can be every day. Growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone, stay humble, and keep learning. Believe in your value and bring your authentic self to every opportunity.
